  • Very flat version for 1st compartment in semi trailers

We supply hose reels which structure is made out of aluminium in different designs and sizes.

Aluminium provides a metal that will not rust in time, in addition to being a light and strong material for a vehicle. Weight is critical for a vehicle in general and even more when we talk about petrol as it gives you the total volume you will be able to transport. And because aluminium is more flexible than steel it also allows to absorb some of the vibrations and shocks the vehicles get from the sometimes difficult road conditions.

They are pneumatically or hydraulically driven or alternatively with a chain wheel or for depots with an ATEX electrical motor.


They are used in all types of oil and liquid gas petroleum (LPG) road tankers, aircraft refuelling, fire engines, stationary installations and for the delivery of AdBlue/ urea or other more aggressive products (with a stainless steel swivel joint:

  • Motor: hydraulic and pneumatic solutions are integrated and protected in the drum of the hose reel (electrical solution is outside)

  • Swivel joint: DN40 up to DN80

  • Operating pressure: depends on the type up to 40 bar

  • Width: (x) from 66mm up to 1600mm

  • Side plate or spoked side plate: (y) diameter from 430mm up to 2200mm

  • Drum plate diameter (z) from 270mm up to 600mm

  • Optional with locking device, brake
